1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the official website of SHABARI METAL PRODUCTS ("SMP", "we", "us"). By accessing or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using this website.

2. Manufacturing & RFQ Guidelines

All request-for-quotation (RFQ) submissions, including 2D/3D CAD blueprint uploads, are evaluated strictly for feasibility estimation. Submitted details do not constitute a binding manufacturing contract until a formal purchase order (PO) is approved and signed by our sales desk.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, its software, custom code, graphics, metal design photographs, and catalog texts are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients retain full ownership of their custom engineering designs and CAD models uploaded via the RFQ channel.

4. User Obligations & Blueprint Integrity

Users guarantee that any uploaded CAD files, dimensions, and manufacturing plans do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or trade secrets. We maintain strict confidentiality of client designs, but user is solely responsible for blueprint parameters accuracy.

5. Liability Limitations

Under no circumstances shall SHABARI METAL PRODUCTS be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website, product data, or temporary downtime. Standard manufacturing liability limits are explicitly governed under formal client purchase agreements.

6. Photograph and Image Use

Every photograph on this website — of our factory, machinery, processes and finished work — was taken at the Shabari Metal Products works and is © Shabari Metal Products. All rights are reserved. These images are not offered under any open or stock licence and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used in another party's marketing, listing or catalogue without written permission.

To request permission to use an image, write to sales@shabarimetals.in stating which image and where it will appear. Permission is granted in writing or not at all; a reply is normally sent within 24 business hours.
